Mytoolfx is a trading journal and discipline tracker. It runs on your device and keeps a copy of your journal in your account so the same records appear on your phone, your PC and the web. This policy explains exactly what that means for your data.
Your Google account identity, and the journal you create.
Signing in with Google is required. When you do, Google tells us your email address, display name and profile picture. We never receive your Google password — the sign-in happens on Google's own screen, never on ours.
Everything you then put into Mytoolfx — imported trade history, manually logged trades, journal notes, emotion tags, trading plans, guardrail settings and chart drawings — is stored on your device and in a private area of our Google Firebase project, filed under your account.
We do not use analytics, advertising SDKs or crash reporting. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone, and we do not use it to train anything.

Security rules restrict every read and write to the signed-in owner. No other user of Mytoolfx can reach your data — that is enforced by the database itself, not by convention.
We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record and processes card data on its own systems. We receive only your subscription status.
Signing out removes the copy on that device. To delete the copy held in your account, email the address below and it will be deleted in full, along with your account record.
You can always take your data with you. Settings → Your data → Back up to a file produces a complete JSON export of everything, readable without this app and without an internet connection. That export works whether or not you have an active subscription.
The app works offline once you have signed in at least once. It connects to:
EURUSD, 15m — never your trades.Those third parties see your device's IP address, as they would for any website you visit. Their handling of it is covered by their own policies: Google / Firebase, TradingView, Yahoo.
The app requests no access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, files or any other personal data.
Mytoolfx is a tool for adults managing their own trading records and is not directed at children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address and the date at the top will change.
